How do links to Gbase product lists work?
At the end of most Gbase product listing links you'll see some odd numbers and letters. Here is an example that links to a gear search for Banjos
http://www.gbase.com/stores/gear/gearlist.aspx?gs=y&tf=1&ti0=2
And here is how Gbase reads it, not being a computer don't worry if you don't get it immediately, we'll only be fiddling with #4 in this article.
- Go to the central gear list (http://www.gbase.com/stores/gear/gearlist.aspx)
- The question mark and gs=y aren't important but you'll need the question mark in yours (?gs=y)
- The list should be filtered by types (&tf=1)
- The first type to include is Banjos (&ti0=2)
So how does Gbase go from &ti0=2 to "Banjos"? It sees that 2, looks at the list at the bottom of this article and only shows that sort of gear. So if you were to change the 2 to another number, you would see a different type of gear. Here is an example of the same page filtered to Accessories.

The coolest bit is that all the product list pages act the same so if you replaced the beginning you could show your store inventory filtered the same way. Here are a couple of links to inventory pages (one Gbase store, one old style PoweredBy store) filtered to hollow body guitars.

How do I build my own in 3 easy steps?
1. Go to your store overview page and copy the address from your browser http://www.gbase.com/stores/my-guitars
Add this to the address: inventory?tf=1&ti0=9
2. http://www.gbase.com/stores/my-guitars/inventory?tf=1&ti0=9
Change the number at the end to any product category from the list below
3. http://www.gbase.com/stores/my-guitars/inventory?tf=1&ti0=9
